As a Parts Coordinator at Cummins Inc., you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our service team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the entire service team, including workshop, field, and PowerGen teams to organize and allocate parts on service work orders.
  • Assist with parts enquiries and ensure timely delivery of parts to customers.
  • Monitor and manage parts backorders to minimize downtime and maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with external suppliers to procure necessary parts and negotiate freight costs.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an automotive environment is highly regarded.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with internal teams and external suppliers.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Local valid driver's license is required for safe transportation of parts.

Additional Information:
