About the role:

As a Trade Specialist with Bunnings, you'll be joining our family of diverse, fun and passionate team members. By working with our trade customers, you'll have the opportunity to learn and develop skills in relationship building, high volume inventory management and logistics whilst being a key component of your warehouse's commercial growth. You can expect to manage a large portfolio of clients from residential builders to carpenters, plumbers and electricians, whilst also building relationships with local organisations. This is a full-time role.

Generate future sales leads and maintain relationships within your local area

Who we're looking for:

We're on the lookout for a team member who is passionate about helping others and is keen to learn and grow. You'll have an interest in trade products and an understanding of how to drive sales within a retail environment. Experience in the industry is always a plus, however we will give you all the skills you'll need and show you the ropes.

The Trade Specialist role offers an opportunity for further growth at Bunnings with multiple pathways available into areas such as Quoting, Account Management, Business Development and many more.

You'll need:

A genuine passion for sales and customer service

To be able to approach, connect and confidently interact with customers

An eagerness to learn about products and services

Attention to detail with use of computers systems – email, quoting, CRM's

To act with integrity, be safe and do your best
