Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Parts Coordinator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with the service team, including workshop, field, and PowerGen teams.
  • Organizing parts on service work orders.
  • Assisting with parts enquiries and allocating freight onto service work orders.
  • Monitoring parts and service backorders.
  • Supporting the team with part availability and freight costs/quotes.
  • Processing external supplier purchase orders.
  • Overseeing service core monitoring.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Previous parts experience in an automotive environment is highly valued.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High-level computer literacy.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Mechanical knowledge/background is highly regarded.
  • A valid local driver's license.
