Job Title: Venue Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Venue Manager to lead our hospitality team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the venue, including planning events, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Management: Manage the venue's operations, including event planning, staff management, and customer service.
  • Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to improve revenue and operational efficiency.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of 10+ staff members to achieve exceptional results.
  • Maintenance and Safety: Maintain equipment and ensure safety and security protocols are in place.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial reports and provide insights to senior management.
Requirements:
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team.
  • Skills: Multitasking, problem-solving, quick decision-making, and excellent communication skills.
  • Tech Proficiency: Proficient in technology, including Square and Xero.
  • Availability: Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
