Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Event Management Director to lead our team in delivering exceptional events and meeting experiences.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced event professional to join our dynamic team and be responsible for:

  • Managing all event & meeting spaces to ensure seamless execution
  • Building and strengthening relationships with existing and guests to provide tailored stays
  • Efficiently managing banquet enquiries to exceed guest expectations
  • Executing event arrangements to meet or exceed guest requirements
  • Anticipating guest needs through open thinking and expression
  • Leading by example as a vibrant and self-expressive leader, providing motivation and support to the team
  • Planning and executing team building activities to foster a collaborative work environment
  • Serving as the main point of contact for all external & internal clients for the Events department

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • An up-to-date RSA certification
  • Passion for the hospitality industry
  • Relevant experience in a similar managerial position
  • Working rights in Australia
