Leadership Role in Nightlife

We are seeking energetic and people-focused Venue Managers to lead our nightlife operations at two of Perth's most legendary destinations.

This is a high-impact role with room to rise as we expand. You will work with industry veterans who've shaped Perth's premium nightlife, collaborating on delivering exceptional guest experiences.

As a leader in this fast-paced environment, you will provide guidance to teams, shape and sustain a culture that emphasizes energy, teamwork, and memorable events, and take ownership of Friday and Saturday night operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead venue operations at our nightlife venues.
  • Provide leadership and guide teams to deliver high-quality service.
  • Partner with experienced professionals and contribute to ongoing growth and improvements across venues.
  • Help shape and sustain a culture that emphasizes energy, teamwork, and memorable events.
  • Take ownership of Friday and Saturday night operations and ensure smooth execution of events and services.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Venue Manager or Assistant Venue Manager (or similar leadership role in hospitality).
  • A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
  • A current Western Australian approved managers liquor licence.
  • People management experience and ability to lead diverse teams.
  • The right to work in Australia.
