Job Description:

We have an opportunity for a dedicated Support worker to join our team in Albany. Located in a 46-bed facility, this role involves supporting residents to live full, meaningful lives by working closely with a multidisciplinary team and other stakeholders to deliver person-centred care.

About the Role:

This Support role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about delivering person-centred care and can engage meaningfully with residents to support their individual needs. You will be responsible for promoting independence, coordinating with staff and nursing teams, and assisting with everyday tasks such as personal care, mobility, meals, household duties, and leisure activities.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require a Certificate III in Individual Support (or similar) or willingness to obtain it. You should also possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build respectful relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
