About the Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the safe administration of medication
  • Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with nursing personnel
  • Contribute to infection prevention practices
  • Assist with mealtime support
  • Foster a kind and respectful environment
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to work across different sites and shifts

About the Requirements

  • Certificate III in Individual Support or Aged Care
  • Experience working in an aged care setting
  • Ability to relate to elderly customers with empathy
