Nurse Unit Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Unit Manager to lead our team at Icon Cancer Centre Australia. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the highest standards of clinical practice.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of nurses to deliver high-quality patient care and services
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with national standards
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and patient outcomes
- Conduct regular audits and quality improvement initiatives to ensure patient safety and satisfaction
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including patients, families, and healthcare providers
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role in a healthcare setting
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care and services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
