Job Title: SAP HCM Technical Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Technical Consultant to join our team on a long-term contract with one of our Federal Government clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Translate business needs into functional requirements and design.
  • Support HCM Team technical activities, including resolving production incidents and analysing business requirements.
  • Deliver business requirements using standard SAP functionality and test system solutions with real business scenarios.
  • Work in a multiclient shared services environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
Required Skills:
  • A minimum of five years' experience in SAP HCM, with expertise in multiple areas of the ECC6.0 HCM module.
  • Strong knowledge of HCM tables and data within the SAP HCM module, as well as experience in Master Data Management.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, manage multiple tasks, and understand customer and project needs.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder coordination, and interpersonal skills.
