SAP HCM Professional

Seeking an experienced SAP HCM/Payroll Functional Specialist to join a large Federal Government department in Canberra.

  • A high level of skills, experience, and knowledge with demonstrated functional/configuration experience in SAP HR/HCM/Payroll modules is required.
  • Strong analytical, configuration, and troubleshooting skills are essential.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in testing HR/Performance/LMS/Payroll and capability modules, investigating and resolving defects where identified.
  • Experience in SuccessFactors is highly desirable.
  • The successful applicant will provide configuration solutions where possible and work with other team members to build more complex solutions as required.

To be considered for this role, applicants must be Australian citizens with the ability to obtain a baseline clearance (or currently hold one).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Functional configuration and testing of SAP HCM/Payroll modules.
  • Investigating and resolving defects in HR/Performance/LMS/Payroll and capability modules.
  • Providing configuration solutions and collaborating with team members to build complex solutions.
