Senior Account Executive Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our Corporate & Commercial team in Tasmania. This role will be based in the Hobart office and involves implementing Client First Principles across a portfolio of accounts within our Corporate practice.
This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office, where you will work as part of a team with other brokers across Tasmania and support junior colleagues where needed.
About the Role:- Implement Client First Principles to ensure high quality customer service is provided to clients.
- Manage a portfolio of clients, including end-to-end management and account retention strategies.
- Develop effective long-term relationships with key client decision makers and monitor changes to preserve these relationships.
- Maintain awareness of large and complicated claim-related matters and assist claims colleagues in negotiating equitable settlements.
- Possess a thorough understanding of major classes of General insurance and stay updated on technical and product developments.
- Have a comprehensive knowledge of relevant legislation, including the Insurance (Agents & Brokers) Act and Insurance Contracts Act.
- Proven experience managing corporate client accounts in the insurance industry.
- Tier 1 FSRA qualification.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
