Clinical Healthcare Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced clinician to fill this challenging role.
The ideal candidate will have excellent clinical skills, be able to manage minor illnesses in a primary care setting, assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate treatment and interventions independently.
Main Responsibilities of the Job- To provide safe and effective patient care within professional boundaries.
- To work collaboratively with the team to meet patient needs.
- To assess and manage patients with minor illnesses and ailments.
- To use clinical judgment to determine diagnosis and facilitate appropriate treatment.
- To manage long-term conditions and provide high-quality care.
- To work autonomously and make decisions independently.

Job Requirements- A registered health professional with NMC/HCPC registration.
- A BSc Hons Nurse Practitioner Degree or equivalent qualification (or working towards).
- Experience of working autonomously.
- Evidence of continuing professional development.
- An advanced clinical assessment qualification.
- At least 2 years recent primary/community experience.
- Relevant diplomas in long-term conditions.
- Evidence of ongoing Personal Development.
- IRMER trained.
- An Independent Prescribing Qualification (V300 or equivalent).
