About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Financial Leader to join our finance team on a 12-month contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of key financial processes while partnering closely with stakeholders across the business.

The successful candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities, and advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems.

  • Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Provide meaningful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Work as a trusted business partner across departments offering insights and financial guidance.
  • Support month-end reporting variance analysis and cost control.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to ongoing finance initiatives.
Requirements:

CA/CPA qualified or equivalent proven experience in a similar management accounting role ideally within the FMCG or related sector.
