About the Opportunity
As a key member of the Monash University leadership team, the Chief Transformation Officer will play a critical role in driving strategic change and delivering transformational projects that align with the university's goals and objectives. Reporting to the Vice-President (Strategy and Major Projects) and Vice-Chancellor's Chief of Staff, this senior leader will provide visionary leadership and guidance to ensure the successful delivery of complex projects that drive business outcomes and improve student experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of strategic plans and projects that drive business outcomes and improve student experience.
- Provide expert guidance and support to senior leaders and project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the university to identify and prioritize strategic initiatives and projects.
- Develop and manage budgets and resources to ensure effective project delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders, project teams, and external partners.
About the Successful Candidate
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader who can bring a strong track record of strategic change management and project delivery. The successful candidate will possess:
- A proven track record of leading strategic change initiatives and delivering complex projects in a large, complex organization.
- Expertise in project management, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
