About This Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Learning Leader to join our team. As the Head of Learning, you will be responsible for leading our enterprise learning and capability agenda.

This role is accountable for ensuring that our people are enabled to build and refine the skills, mindsets, and experiences needed to deliver our business strategy.

The ideal candidate will have proven senior leadership experience in Learning & Development or Capability roles, ideally at Head-of level.

  • Demonstrated ability to set strategy and lead enterprise-scale learning and capability programs
  • Deep expertise in Leadership development, Capability frameworks and taxonomies
  • Strong experience managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) or Learning Experience Platforms (LXP)
  • Skilled in using data and metrics to inform decisions and influence senior stakeholders
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, particularly with Leadership Teams (LT) and Executive Leadership Teams (ELT)
  • Proven vendor management and budget stewardship experience
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, iterative environments; able to simplify and scale effective solutions
