A Trade Services Coordinator role exists for a motivated Trades Assistant to join the Service department, based in our workshop at Cairns. This is an exciting opportunity with a large and reputable organisation.

This position will be responsible for various tasks from accessory fitting to condition reports, ensuring attention to detail meets customer expectations. The ideal candidate will have previous experience or exposure to mechanical and basic auto electrical work as well as basic fabrication.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Record keeping and job accountability
  • Touch up paint work on fittings and accessories
  • Checking all service points, lubrication levels, operation controls
  • Washing and cleaning machines
  • Working to deadlines

We are seeking candidates who have a desire to do their best, possess some mechanical aptitude, and are able to learn quickly.

Desirable skills include:

  • Previous experience with construction machinery
  • Current car license
  • Forklift license
  • Basic computer skills

The estimated annual salary for this position is $AUD 70,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you believe you have the right skills and qualifications, we would like to hear from you.
