Job Title: Financial Assistant

We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to fill the role of Financial Assistant.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and providing exceptional customer service to business units throughout the organization.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
  • Provide proactive and professional customer service
  • Prepare timely and accurate financial reports
  • Efficiently manage record keeping and data entry
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in finance/ERP systems is highly desirable
  • Experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Demonstrated ability to prepare accurate and timely financial reports and maintain efficient record keeping
  • Intermediate skills and demonstrated experience using Excel spreadsheets
  • Knowledge of GST principles
  • Proven ability to communicate complex financial concepts effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Ability to produce high-quality work with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines
