About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our team. As an International Logistics AM Shift Team Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of Warehouse operations processes. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor
  • Ensuring the efficient operation of Warehouse processes
  • Operating non-licensed machinery when required
  • Comfortable moving and lifting cartons
  • Planning and coordinating functions as advised by Supervisor
  • Ensuring regular KPI reporting is in line with SLA
  • To ensure OHS requirements are met
  • Managing appropriate use of resources on a daily basis
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a similar Team Leader role
  • Advanced WMS experience and working in a paperless warehouse
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a time-sensitive environment
  • Familiar with end-to-end WH operations (inbound and outbound)
  • Experience using RF scanners
  • Microsoft Excel experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear communications skills both verbal and written
