Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring seamless execution of our menu and services.
  • Elevate the customer experience by delivering exceptional service, resolving issues promptly, and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Develop and lead a high-performing team, providing coaching, training, and opportunities for growth and development.
  • Manage inventory, financials, and quality control, ensuring adherence to our 100% clean food policy and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a fast-paced, high-volume hospitality environment, with a track record of success in leading teams and driving results.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and team performance.
  • Experience with achieving KPIs and driving profitability, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for continuous improvement.
