Our organization seeks a seasoned Technical Manager to oversee operational excellence across Concrete & Aggregates and Masonry divisions.

The ideal candidate will have

  • At least 10 years of experience in a technical role within the construction materials industry, preferably with expertise in managing continuous improvement programs.
  • An engineering or materials science degree and working knowledge of QEST, Australian Standards, Infrastructure Specifications, and Low Carbon Concrete guidelines.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and commercial skills to support regional technical teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading operational excellence programs to achieve consistent product quality at lowest costs.
  • Ensuring compliance with best practice guidelines and leading value-adding operational excellence programs.
