About the Role

This position is a critical part of our team, focused on promoting positive mental health and social and emotional wellbeing outcomes for First Nations children, young people, and their families.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement early intervention and prevention strategies that address the mental health needs of our community.
  • Provide culturally safe and responsive interventions that promote positive mental health and social and emotional wellbeing outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development of our Wellbeing strategy, focusing on the social and emotional wellbeing of staff.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience working in a position that promotes social and emotional health and wellbeing.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification, such as Social Work, Counselling, or Psychology, or minimum 3 years' experience.
  • Strong relationship, networking, and communication skills.
