As a Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal part in delivering high-quality solutions to our clients. You will be responsible for analyzing complex data, developing innovative strategies, and providing expert advice to drive business growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in Corporate Finance, Accounting, or Engineering (or equivalent STEM discipline), combined with a Business/Commerce degree;
  • Proven expertise in performing plant and equipment valuation;
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills;
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions;
  • Strong organizational and project management skills;
  • Membership or eligibility for membership in relevant professional bodies such as the American Society of Appraisers, the Australian Property Institute, or Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
