Corporate Valuations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Valuations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Corporate Finance division, you will be responsible for performing valuations of businesses, equity instruments and other assets for a range of purposes.

">Responsibilities:
  • Performing valuations of businesses, equity instruments and other assets for corporate valuation advisory, dispute resolution, transactional, financial reporting and regulatory purposes.
  • Liaising with stakeholders to identify scope and regulatory requirements.
  • Managing junior staff and measuring performance, providing feedback where necessary.
  • Preparation and delivery of reports.
  • Preparing and reviewing financial forecast models.
  • Collecting, analysing, and interpreting information on the financial standing, cost structures and trading effectiveness of organisations.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of five years full time experience in a corporate finance and valuations environment.
  • Experience and understanding in preparing valuation assignments for financial reporting (AASB/IFRS) and regulatory (ASIC/ASX) requirements.
  • Understanding of valuation approaches to assessing the value of various classes of equities and other derivatives.
  • Strong report writing skills.
  • Experience in preparing 3-way financial models.
  • Excellent communication and adaptability.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills.
