Senior Creative Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Creative Director to drive the creative and strategic direction of our radio station. As the leader, you will be responsible for shaping the sound and leading a talented team to deliver market-leading content on-air and online.

About the Role:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy across broadcast and digital to grow audience engagement and market share.
  • Lead, inspire, and coach a high-performing content team, fostering a creative and collaborative culture.
  • Oversight of on-air sound, programming execution, and ensuring talent performance aligns with our brand and content strategy.
  • Promoting innovation while ensuring compliance with broadcasting codes and policies.
  • Cross-functional collaboration to drive content integration and maximise revenue opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience leading content teams in a media or broadcasting environment.
  • A creative mind with strong editorial judgement and an ear for compelling content.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, able to bring people along on the journey.
  • A solid understanding of radio programming, content strategy, audience insights, and digital media.
