We produce premium broadcast and digital content in a fast-paced, collaborative environment that thrives on creativity and connection.
Our Brisbane officeis located in the heart of the CBD, just a short stroll from cafés, restaurants, and public transport, making it a vibrant and convenient place to work.
A day in the life?As the Content Director for B105, you'll drive the creative and strategic direction of the station, shaping its sound and leading a talented team to deliver market-leading content on-air and online.
You'll work closely with on-air talent, producers, digital teams, and executives to bring the B105 brand to life in Brisbane.
You'll: Design and execute a strategic content plan across broadcast and digital to grow audience engagement and market share.
Lead, inspire, and coach a high-performing content team, fostering a creative and collaborative culture.
Oversee on-air sound, programming execution, and ensure talent performance aligns with SCA's brand and content strategy.
Encourage innovation while ensuring compliance with broadcasting codes and SCA policies.
Collaborate cross-functionally to drive content integration and maximise revenue opportunities for clients.
What You'll Need Proven experience leading content teams in a media or broadcasting environment.
A creative mind with strong editorial judgement and an ear for what makes compelling content.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to bring people along on the journey.
A strong understanding of radio programming, content strategy, audience insights, and digital media.
