Buying Leader

We are seeking an experienced and driven individual to take on a key leadership role in our Boyswear category.
The successful candidate will lead their team to develop lifestyle items that our customers love, contributing to post-seasonal reviews to influence future range decisions and driving growth opportunities while maintaining customer, brand, and commercial filters to protect our brand DNA.
This role requires setting effective strategies that deliver on commercial objectives by partnering with all departments to ensure we create the best product experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the Buying team to effectively communicate with suppliers to ensure efficient production processes.
- Develop and implement range strategies that meet commercial objectives.
- Collaborate with Brand functions and departments to create exceptional customer experiences.
- A degree in a relevant field such as buying or commerce.
- Extensive experience in a similar Buying Manager role in retail or fashion.
- Strong negotiation skills to engage senior business leaders and stakeholders.
- Effective communication and leadership skills to drive change and deliver results.
- Demonstrable analytical problem-solving and research skills to identify innovative solutions.
