We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead our product development strategy.

This role involves setting the vision and direction for our product ranges, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with commercial objectives.

You will guide your team in developing key items that resonate with our customers, conducting post-seasonal reviews to shape future range strategies and capitalise on growth opportunities.

As a leader, you will foster effective supplier partnerships to ensure timely and efficient production processes.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong expertise in Buying and Senior Graphic Design, particularly within Womenswear. You will also need to be passionate about creating impactful products while leading a dynamic team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing product range strategies aligned with commercial objectives
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and delivery of product ranges
  • Leading and mentoring a team of Buying specialists to deliver high-quality products
  • Fostering effective supplier relationships to ensure timely and efficient production processes
