Womenswear Buyer

We are seeking an experienced Buying Manager to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Head of Product to deliver cohesive, trend-driven ranges.
You will guide your team in developing key items that resonate with our customers. This involves setting strategic direction for product ranges to align with commercial objectives.
Key areas of focus include:
- Conducting post-seasonal reviews to shape future range strategies and capitalise on growth opportunities.
- Applying a deep understanding of customer preferences, brand identity, and market trends to strengthen and elevate our brand DNA.
- Fostering effective supplier partnerships to ensure timely and efficient production processes.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A qualification / degree in a relevant field such as buying or retail management.
- Extensive experience in a similar Buying Manager role within Womenswear.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence senior business leaders and stakeholders.
- Demonstrable analytical problem solving and research skills.
- Excellent organisational and planning skills, with a proven ability to drive and influence change through best practice and delivering results.
