Job Summary
The Administration Manager will oversee the administration team to ensure productivity and performance meet business expectations.
- Supervise office operations to maintain an organized environment.
- Direct and lead by example to promote a productive team-based operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure data entry, processing, and reporting tasks are attended to promptly and accurately.
- Oversee branch administration functions to comply with operational standards and KPIs.
- Liaise with the Branch Manager to identify and resolve any problems or issues.
- Attend to in-person customer queries to facilitate the best possible customer experience.
- Experience supervising an office to maintain an organized environment.
- Ability to direct and lead by example to promote a productive team-based operation.
