Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Truck Bay Supervisor to join our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our truck bay, providing technical guidance and support to technicians, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engine technology, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform diagnostics and complete complex repairs independently.
  • Maintain productive customer relations and ensure prompt attention to customer needs.
  • Coach on preventative maintenance and/or repairs completed by more experienced technicians and/or customer technicians.
  • Evaluate unresolved issues and escalate them to product specialists/engineering teams.
  • Complete documentation, such as service worksheets, timesheets, warranty claims, quality documents via handwritten forms or business system input screens.
  • Identify additional sales and service opportunities with customers.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and proper operation of work areas and tools.


Requirements:

  • Apprentice Trained Engine Technician (Cert III) or equivalent qualification.
  • Advanced level of workshop or field service experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of engine products and technologies.
  • HR License (preferred).
  • Experience providing technical advice and coaching to more junior technicians (preferred).
  • Cummins experience (preferred).
