We are seeking a results-driven Senior Project Coordinator to lead our team of professionals in delivering high-quality fit-out and refurbishment projects.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in construction management or a related field, with 5+ years of experience as a senior contracts administrator. Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are essential for success in this role.

This position offers a unique opportunity to work on a wide range of commercial office, retail, hospitality, and healthcare projects. Our client is a leader in the industry, known for its commitment to excellence and getting the right people into the business.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing tender documentation and subcontractor packages, assisting with progress claims and external variations, reviewing and finalizing subcontracts, managing project expenditure, and communicating regularly with project stakeholders.
