Senior Project Administrator

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Project Administrator to join our team supporting long-term detailed and bulk earthworks, electrical services, infrastructure and construction scopes in Rockingham, WA. The role will be initially based at our Balcatta office and transitioning to Rockingham in February 2026.

As the Senior Project Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating project administration activities, supporting project managers and teams to meet deadlines, maintain compliance, and deliver successful outcomes.

• Mentor and support a team of administrators, providing training, guidance, and coaching to achieve business objectives.
• Work closely with Project Managers, Project Directors, and corporate teams to meet project requirements.
• Manage competing priorities, ensuring deadlines and stakeholder needs are consistently met.
• Ensure compliance with onboarding of personnel to site.
• Oversee timesheet management, ensuring accurate collation and validation.
• Raise purchase orders and ensure accurate record keeping of dockets.

• 3-5 years' experience in a leadership role, ideally site based.
• Proven experience working on high-volume, major projects.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop teams to achieve project and organisational goals.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance (essential).
• Australian Defence background is desirable.
