Job Description:
">- The role of a Business Director is to lead and develop the business unit, driving new business opportunities and leading existing client partnerships.
- As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects, developing a diverse and inclusive team, and providing critical support for top-tiered accounts.
- You will drive, establish, and develop new and existing relationships with brands and client portfolios, implementing and executing strategies to reach company objectives.
- Additionally, you will support VaynerMedia in building its reputation as a 'must-have' partner for top brands and deliver client presentations to a high standard.
- Market expertise within our business vertical is required, along with delivering market feedback to the organisation while developing deep knowledge on top clients that we feedback into the business for future product and service development.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
">- 10+ years of relevant work experience in the media or advertising field, including account management experience in the Australian advertising/marketing landscape.
- Strategic sales planning, pipeline management, relationship building, social and digital market knowledge, negotiation skills, presentation skills, analytical skills are essential.
- People management and worked with teams in complex, multi-geography, multi-cultural environments are also required.
- A natural ability to develop and maintain key relationships with internal stakeholders and think logically even under pressure is necessary.
