Ecommerce Product Lead

We are seeking a talented professional to lead the development and enhancement of our core products, ensuring compliance with policy and customer needs.
The ideal candidate will have experience in financial services, ideally with exposure to eCommerce or payments, and technical knowledge of eCommerce or merchant acquiring systems.
Key Responsibilities- Drive product development and enhancement to meet customer needs and comply with policy.
- Lead continuous improvement across product features and processes.
- Monitor the competitive landscape and identify emerging product trends.
- Manage cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Translate customer insights into actionable product requirements and roadmaps.
- Align business and technical teams around shared objectives.
- Oversee Level 3 terminal certification processes and terminal migration projects.
- Collaborate with government and regulatory bodies to develop compliant solutions.
- 3+ years of experience in financial services, ideally with exposure to eCommerce or payments.
- Technical knowledge of eCommerce or merchant acquiring systems.
- Experience with Agile project delivery and stakeholder management.
- Strong influencing skills and ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Risk Mindset – Proactively identify and understand risks and act on them.
