As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of our e-commerce products and services.

We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong commercial acumen to lead our product development lifecycle, from market research and competitive analysis to user testing and deployment.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering revenue growth through e-commerce initiatives and possess a deep understanding of e-commerce trends, best practices, and technologies.

You will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic roadmap for our e-commerce products, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize features, and ensuring timely and successful delivery of projects.

In addition, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and align on strategic objectives, communicate initiative status and timelines to stakeholders, and manage expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for e-commerce products and services
  • Lead product development lifecycle, including market research, competitive analysis, user testing, and deployment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize features
  • Manage end-to-end product development, including gathering requirements, creating wireframes/prototypes, conducting user testing, and overseeing deployment
  • Analyse customer behaviour, feedback, and usability data to identify areas for improving the overall user experience

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field
  • Proven experience (5 years) as an eCommerce Product Manager or similar role
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering revenue growth through eCommerce initiatives
  • Deep understanding of eCommerce trends, best practices, and technologies
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
