
Cyber Security Governance Specialist

Culture Amp is seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead the development and implementation of an enterprise-wide cyber security governance framework.
This role requires a strategic thinker with expertise in information security management systems (ISMS), security awareness, and customer trust. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams to design and deliver robust security solutions that align with business objectives.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex security projects, developing education campaigns, and building relationships with customers and stakeholders.
A key responsibility will be to oversee the ISMS program, ensuring alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements. This includes conducting regular risk assessments, implementing controls, and monitoring compliance.
The role also involves collaborating with the Risk team to identify supplier security risks and develop mitigation strategies.
In addition to technical skills, the ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Experience in security governance, risk management, and compliance
- Knowledge of industry-standard frameworks such as SOC2, ISO27001, and GDPR
- Proven track record of managing complex security projects
