About the RoleA seasoned cybersecurity professional is needed to drive key initiatives and support strategic decision making for a healthcare organization.
This critical role will contribute to the organization's cyber resilience by uplifting security maturity, developing critical documentation, and shaping future policy in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop procurement-ready functional and non-functional requirements for essential cybersecurity solutions, ensuring alignment with government standards and healthcare sector needs.
- Shape the cyber strategy to remain relevant and effective in addressing current and emerging risks.
- Assist in developing and presenting business cases to justify ongoing investment for the cybersecurity program.
- Update and maintain the cyber controls framework used to assess and benchmark cybersecurity maturity.
- Produce clear operational guides for cybersecurity tools to ensure consistent use across the organization.
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience in Cyber Operations or Governance, Risk, Compliance, and Assurance (GRC).
- Thorough understanding of the Security Lifecycle and its domains.
- Proven analysis and business requirement documentation skills.
- Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with diverse stakeholders.
- Thorough understanding of Cloud Security Architecture for IaaS, PaaS, SaaS.
- Industry certifications such as CISM, CISSP, CEH, CCSP, or Azure AZ500.
