The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our reliability services for our production teams operating in a continuous manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team consisting of planning, trades, and apprentices;
  • Drive strategic business projects (CI, PM, OE, Yield, life cycle management, RM Contingency Planning);
  • Guide maintenance personnel by analyzing asset performance and providing expert advice to enhance equipment performance, capability, and cost efficiencies;
  • Manage budget and compliance documentation to ensure maintenance activities align with business requirements;
  • Facilitate root cause analysis and resolve various manufacturing scenarios;

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A sound understanding of modern manufacturing processes;
  • Extensive experience within a manufacturing/heavy industry environment;
  • Previous experience supervising others;
  • Computer competency with programs such as SAP and Microsoft Office (including Excel);
