About the Role



We are seeking a highly skilled Network Infrastructure Project Manager to join our team in North Sydney. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing leadership and expertise to deliver infrastructure deployment projects across NSW, ACT, and QLD.



Key Responsibilities


  • Project Leadership: Lead a team to deliver project management accountabilities, including scope management, time management, cost management, quality management, risk management, and issue management.
  • Team Management: Provide leadership to a team of designers to deliver upon milestones and responsibilities, including sales support with pre-sales designs and estimate cost for connection requests and bids.
  • Sales Support: Provide sales support with pre-sales designs and estimate cost for connection requests and bids.
  • Network Planning: Strategically plan and design the Vocus Fibre Network, monitor and manage network capacity, creating new, network upgrade, and network re-arrangement orders where required.
  • Communication: Using clear and concise communication, provide accurate details to all stakeholders, internal/external and customers, prepare regular progress reports for internal and external stakeholders.


Requirements


  • Experience: Proven 8-10 years' experience in Project Management, previous experience in a leadership role, and extensive experience in contractor management (internal and external plant).
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to ensure consistency of standards/procedures and promote efficiencies, well-developed relationship building skills, outstanding commitment to customer service and internal & external customer experience.
  • Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in Electronics/Communications Engineering or Project Management.
