Business Banking Manager Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Banking Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key banking and financial services customers and referral partners within broker clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of key banking and financial services customers and referral partners.
  • Maintain and enhance the credit risk profile and profitability of the portfolio.
  • Assess economic value and risk potential of new business opportunities.
  • Implement sales and income campaigns and initiatives to drive business growth.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience as a retail/business banker with 4+ years in business banking and/or credit assessment.
  • Deep knowledge across NAB products and services, including business/commercial practices, BFS products and services.
  • Significant emphasis on sales, lending, credit assessment, and control experience.
