**About This Role**

This Corporate Services position involves providing exceptional support to our clients and internal stakeholders. You will be responsible for ensuring the workplace is presented, maintained, and utilised to its design.

Key aspects of the job include:

  • Administration, operation, and management of the workplace
  • Audio Visual and basic IT support
  • Meeting room management and set-up
  • Facilities administration and mail / parcel management
  • Assisting employees with day-to-day enquiries
  • Responding to and implementing changes to the workplace and processes as required

Additionally, you will warmly welcome visitors, manage access control and contractors, and maintain immaculate presentation of lobby, reception, and workplace areas.

**Requirements**

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate:

  • Proven experience in a people centric, client or customer service focused role
  • Exceptional work ethic and positive attitude
  • Ability to quickly learn digital collaboration tools and new systems
  • Confidence in engaging with clients and busy career professionals
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • The ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment, whilst maintaining composure and delivering outcomes of the highest quality
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a high standard of presentation
  • Personable and enthusiastic nature, genuine passion for providing an elevated service and ability to create an inclusive and welcoming environment
