Job Title: Lifestyle Coordinator

Lifestyle coordination is a dynamic role that plays a pivotal part in enhancing the quality of life for residents. As a Lifestyle Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging social and recreational activities that cater to their diverse interests.

This position requires you to explore the skills and preferences of residents, identifying opportunities to improve their lifestyle choices and encourage participation in individual and group activities.

A key aspect of this role is monitoring the effectiveness of programs by tracking ongoing progress and making adjustments as needed.

You may also be required to transport residents on outings and provide personal care support as necessary.

  • Qualifications:
  • Diploma of Leisure and Health or Certificate IV in Leisure and Health or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience in lifestyle coordination or diversional therapy with overall responsibility for a service lifestyle or diversional therapy program.
  • Familiarity with resident-centered, residential-based care services delivery.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, including basic computer proficiency.
  • NDIS Workers Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain clearance.
  • Basic experience with technology, including smartphones, tablets, laptops, etc.
  • Ability to meet relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies.
