We're seeking a skilled Electrical Control Specialist with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality work. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of preparing detailed electrical and control system deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:- Interpret Engineer's conceptual designs and transform them into detailed technical deliverables.
- Create and update electrical and control system deliverables, including Single Line Diagrams, Schematics, P&ID's, Cable Block Diagrams, Termination Diagrams, Loop Diagrams, Hookup Diagrams, Equipment BOM's, and Panel Arrangements.
- Conduct site inspections to gather data and verify existing drawings.
- Maintain Auto CAD infrastructure and design tool procedures.
- Train new starters in MIPAC's Auto CAD and design tool procedures and conduct regular audits.
- Work with drafters, designers, and Engineers to ensure timely project completion.
- Certificate, Diploma, or Advanced Diploma in Electrical Engineering (or recognized equivalent), or a relevant electrical trade background.
- Demonstrated experience in electrical, instrumentation, and control design drafting.
- Proficiency in CAD software such as Auto CAD (Intermediate to Advanced level).
- Familiarity with design tools such as AVEVA Instrumentation and/or Eplan is desirable.
- Exposure to 3 D modelling software is advantageous.
