Customer Care Coordinator Role Overview

The Customer Care Coordinator plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, focusing on Premier accounts. They ensure customer requirements are met through proactive communication, high-quality service, and a customer-centric approach.

The coordinator maintains business levels for Premier accounts through regular contact and promoting products and value-added services. They identify growth opportunities and develop customers to drive sales growth, working with the Sales team and using negotiation and influencing techniques.

Responsibilities include managing targets for Premier accounts, meeting monthly/quarterly targets, and providing high-level customer service across channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales targets and KPIs for Premier accounts to ensure timely achievement.
  • Resolve customer enquiries within the required SLA.
  • Collaborate with team members to provide cover and ensure continuity of service and maximise sales.
  • Engage proactively with customers and prospects to co-create unique value propositions.
  • Generate quotations and follow up to convert to sales within agreed SLAs.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service via all channels to meet customer order and enquiry needs while maintaining service level agreements.
  • Provide effortless customer experiences by proactively communicating updates or changes on orders/enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Contribute to sales targets by working closely with sales and performing high-value-added activities as set out by the business.
  • Adhere to company procedures and policies, including H&S.
  • Identify potential customer needs/opportunities to grow business by providing high human touch.
