Technical Solutions Expert

A seasoned professional is required to deliver high-quality technical solutions and services for clients utilizing Dynamics 365 expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead multiple projects with diverse client accounts, providing strategic guidance on complex delivery methodologies.
  • Demonstrate extensive experience with D365 CE and previous Dynamics CRM versions, ensuring seamless integration of customer service, sales, and marketing capabilities.
  • Develop and apply knowledge of Field Service, Power Apps Portal, and Azure technologies to drive business growth.
  • Utilize strong development skills with Microsoft technologies including .NET C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, JQuery, HTML5, REST, Web API/Services, SSIS.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of data migration methods to facilitate efficient system implementation.
  • Advise on advanced integration concepts, leveraging domain expertise to drive innovation.
  • Apply experience in various delivery methodologies, including agile environments, to cultivate effective project management skills.
  • Cultivate strong communication skills, engaging in customer workshops and driving business outcomes through technical design.
