Job Title: Enterprise Software Solutions Specialist
The Enterprise Software Solutions Specialist plays a key role in delivering high-quality software solutions to our clients. This position is responsible for developing, improving, and using quality plans to meet contractual commitments.
- Develop, improve, and use quality, system build, testing, and transition plans to meet time frame, quality, and cost dimensions.
- Maintain a lead role as product specialist in support of clients and the sales function.
- Define and deliver configuration requirements to clients.
- Gather and translate business and technical requirements.
- Configure and implement applications at a high quality.
- Actively participate in software configuration planning and management.
- Proactively communicate design, build, testing, and quality risks, assumptions, and dependencies for timely escalation.
- Escalation-point for support team as needed to deliver contracted response times at various severity levels during project delivery.
- Participate in pre-sales activities as required.
- Assist in preparation of quotations and tender process responses such as EOIs, RFTs, RFQs as required.

- Strong understanding of software implementation and quality assurance methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and other relevant tools.
