About the Role

SAP EAM Project Leaders drive the overall design and architecture of SAP EAM solutions. They oversee day-to-day execution of SAP EAM implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • 1. Project Planning: Develop plans for discovery sessions based on EAM business processes involved. Conduct workshops with stakeholders to understand current processes and SAP system landscape.
  • 2. Stakeholder Management: Serve as the main point of contact for all SAP EAM communications, ensuring smooth and clear communication with stakeholders.
  • 3. Team Leadership: Lead and manage the SAP EAM team, which may include internal resources, external vendors, and consultants.
  • 4. Risk and Issue Management: Identify, assess, and manage risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
  • 5. Quality Assurance: Ensure detailed functional specification documents for custom objects listing SAP EAM processes.
  • 6. Project Documentation: Maintain comprehensive SAP EAM documentation including project plans and status reports.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Experience: Minimum 12-15 years of experience in SAP EAM with 2-3 end-to-end implementations.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology or related field.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of SAP EAM/PM architecture and functionality, integration with other systems.
  • Leadership & Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
