Job Description

As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for designing and architecting SAP EAM solutions. You will oversee the day-to-day execution of SAP EAM implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.

  • Conduct exploratory sessions with client stakeholders to understand current processes and SAP system landscapes.
  • Develop detailed functional specifications for custom objects, outlining SAP EAM/PM processes.
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure proper documentation of issues and resolutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Planning and Execution:
  • Prepare plans for discovery sessions based on EAM business processes involved.
  • Analyze and prepare lists of business requirements and gaps for SAP EAM/PM.
Stakeholder Management:
  • Manage expectations, resolve conflicts, and facilitate decision-making at all levels.
  • Regularly report project progress to stakeholders, addressing risks and challenges.
Team Leadership and Coordination:
  • Lead and manage SAP EAM/PM teams, including internal resources, external vendors, and consultants.
  • Ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks and communicate interdependencies across multiple teams.
Risk and Issue Management:
  • Identify, assess, and manage risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Discuss unresolved issues with clients, understand stakeholder views, and address concerns.
Quality Assurance:
  • Ensure comprehensive documentation of project plans, status reports, and issue logs.
  • Provide regular project status updates to senior management, highlighting key accomplishments, risks, and upcoming milestones.
