Accounts Payable Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Officer to join our team at West Recruitment Pty Ltd.
As an Accounts Payable Officer, you will be responsible for managing the invoicing inbox, processing and coding high volumes of invoices, and following up with suppliers to chase missing information.
You will also be handling and resolving supplier queries, and performing ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will ideally have previous experience in a similar position or some exposure in accounts payable.
You will also need great communication skills and the ability to build relationships, as well as exposure to ERP Systems and experience with Excel.
Self-motivation and a willingness to learn are essential, as well as accuracy and attention to detail, and fast and accurate data entry skills.
